Gifts, Wrap & More Sale

This year we are featuring Meadow Farms products with orders delivered right to your door!!! (Exception: Frozen food items will be delivered to a central location with a one day pick up.) Choose from a great selection of quality gift wrap and accents, gift items, creative children’s products, exclusive kitchen gadgets, personalized products, cookie dough, candies and frozen food items!!! The sale will run from Friday, September 18th through Friday, October 2nd. Contact a student from Memorial, Peter Woodbury or Riddle Brook. Internet shoppers can visit www.meadowfarms.com and follow the process outlined below for your school to receive credit:

To shop, you will need to either use the link emailed from the student or enter the Student’s ID#. Each student will have a unique ID# printed on their two-part order form. Step one will be for the student to set up their account. Step two will be to use their school ID# which is listed below.

Holiday Gift Card Fundraiser

Finish your holiday shopping early this year by purchasing gift cards through the Bedford PTG to provide support for the Bedford schools with no additional cost to you! Watch for your order form which will be coming home with your child from school… We are featuring several ocally owned businesses including T-Bones, Copper Door, Wicked Good Butcha, The Canvas Road Show, Zin Zen Yoga, and Purple Finch!

How does it work? For every gift card you buy, a percentage of the value of the card is donated by the sponsoring retailer to our schools while 100% of the value of the card that you purchased is available for you to spend! Click here to view our extensive list of participating retailers!!

Annual Ski & Skate Consignment Sale

Bedford High School Gymnasium
Saturday, November 21st (9:00am – 2:00pm)

Outfit your entire family with gear for the upcoming winter season by joining the Bedford community for a HUGE consignment sale of new and used ski and boarding equipment, skates and winter apparel from top local vendors and families within our community. This highly anticipated annual event is targeted to support educational programs provided for students within the six Bedford public schools. If you are in the market for new equipment or simply want to sell your own, this sale is for you!

Take advantage of tremendous cost savings on winter equipment and apparel for all ages and sizes. Experts will be available to help fit you the right ski, board, and boots to your size and ability so you will walk away ready for snow! Have a treat from our ever-popular bake sale, enjoy the great music, and shop till you drop!

DROP OFF ITEMS FOR THE SALE*
Bedford High School Gymnasium – Friday, November 20th (5:00pm – 8:00pm)

CLICK HERE to learn how to scan your items to make selling your items easier than ever!

If you would like to add items to our sale, simply bring them to the BHS Gymnasium on Friday, November 20, 2015 between 5:00pm-8:00pm with your completed PTG approved sale tag attached to each item that you plan to sell. Volunteers will be on site to offer assistance with determining the optimal prices for your items if desired.

We greatly appreciate your contribution to this community based event! If you will be following our manual process for tagging your equipment the tags will be available for purchase when you come on Friday and you can take as much time as you need to fill out the tags between 5:00pm-8:00pm. Please remember to bring cash or a check to purchase your tags. Tags are $1.00 each.

*The PTG retains 25% of the price of items sold.

PICK-UP UNSOLD ITEMS
Bedford High School Gymnasium- Saturday, November 21st (3:00pm – 3:30pm)
Please plan to retrieve any unsold items before 3:30 at which time all unsold merchandise that has not been picked up will be donated promptly to local charities.


Barnes & Noble Book Fair
The annual Scholastic Book Fairs are held in April at all three elementary schools, McKelvie Intermediate School, and Ross Lurgio Middle School. Combined sales have totaled over $50,000!!! In addition to the profit earned by the PTG, which will be used for PTG sponsored programs, the school libraries have received over $4650 in free books.
