At PTG’s annual Meet with the Principals event, our principals shared information on how school reopening has gone. They all echoed kudos to the students for being resilient and following protocols, they thanked parents and families for their support, and they were appreciative all all that staff is doing. Due to weather concerns, the New Family Welcome has been rescheduled to Thursday, October 1st, from 4-5pm at Lurgio Middle School outdoor classroom.
If you are new to Bedford or the Bedford School District, you’re invited to the New Family Welcome hosted by the Bedford PTG on October 1st, from 4:00-5:00 p.m., at Lurgio Middle School outdoor classroom space. Representatives from each school will be available to answer questions, provide school and town information, share opportunities on how you can be involved, and welcome you into our community. If you are interested in learning about upcoming volunteer opportunities either IN SCHOOL or available REMOTELY please fill out a VOLUNTEER FORM for each school your children attend.
The schools and the PTG appreciate your patience and support as we continue to focus on the safety of staff and students while minimizing volunteers in the buildings at this time. We will communicate volunteer needs, as the PTG is made aware of them.
